WallPlan is a free online tool that generates multi-year wall calendars with Gantt charts for strategic planning.

Hide Days Mode: Toggle to hide day-level details from Vertical and Gantt views. Gantt rows redistribute to fill full height — ideal for long-term strategic planning. Persisted via URL parameter.
Paper Sizes: A4, A3, 914mm single roll, 914mm ×2 dual copies, 914mm ×4 quad copies. Precision layout automatically fits 7–8 months per page.
Format-Specific Tuning: Each roll format has optimized cell widths — 4mm single, 2.7mm dual, 1.7mm quad — and font scaling for readability at each physical size.
Export: Download as vector SVG or PDF with embedded IBM Plex Sans fonts. Free, no login required.
Customizable: Week start Monday or Sunday, US Federal Holidays, adjustable Gantt rows 6, 8, 10, or 12.
Custom Entries: Add session-only annotations via the T button. Supports DD.MM date input with auto-formatting, yearly repeat option. Entries render alongside holidays and export to SVG and PDF.
